Smiley Monroe’s ToughFlex Series Straight Warp conveyor belt has been designed to handle the toughest conveying applications, such as mobile crushing and demolition.
Up to 17% thinner than multiply belts, Straight Warp is constructed with a special weave of 2 plies and an additional binder warp (without the need for steel wire) resulting in reduced belt weight, reduced power consumption and enables Straight Warp to perform well on smaller pulleys. The plies are reinforced to resist cutting and puncturing and are protected with heavy duty wear resistant top and bottom covers.
Outlasting multiply belts by up to 4 times in heavy impact loading applications, iron ore, sawmills and cement works, Straight Warp can also be easily hot spliced, offering the perfect all round solution for extreme conveying.
