Every Endless belt is covered by a 12 month warranty and is branded with its own unique Smiley Monroe quality identification number (see photo below - we can supply belts branded with your company's logo), which corresponds with barcoded information electronically captured during the entire production process.
Manufactured in our purpose-built production facility under controlled conditions and customised to suit your application, our Endless conveyor belts offer both superior quality and lower cost than open belts mounted and vulcanised in situ. Working in Partnership - where we have a day-to-day presence on customers’ sites – we are able to reduce both your conveyor belt inventory levels and downtime, through our Direct to Line delivery service.
As sole supplier of conveyor belts to many world class original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) - including Terex Powerscreen, Terex Finlay, Sandvik, McCloskey International, Metso Minerals and Keestrack - you are assured of the highest quality products and service.
We monitor all stages of our entire process with uncompromising quality assurance, from inquiry right through to delivery – in accordance with the stringent ISO 9001 guidelines. Fulfilling the highest national and international standards for tensile strength and wear resistance – DIN 22102, ISO 10247 and BS 490.
Our Endless conveyor belts are routinely quality tested in our in-house belt testing lab, for abrasion resistance, tensile strength and adhesion levels of both the cover rubber and fabric.
