EXCON 2011, India - the 6th International Construction Equipment and Construction Technology Trade Fair, in Bangalore. This is a key industry event, where Smiley Monroe has its own exhibition booth. The exhibition opened on Wednesday 23 November and runs until Sunday. We've had 3 very busy days so far on our stand and are looking forward to Saturday, which promises to be the busiest yet. The range of interest shown in Smiley Monroe has been very encouraging, with an order already won on the back of a high level of inquiries.
In addition to meetings with existing and potential customers, we were lucky enough to receive a visit from Invest Northern Ireland's Regional Development Director, Barry Clarke, who is based in Mumbai.
We would like to say a big thank you to all those who have taken the time to come and talk to us - we will continue to follow up on all our discussion points.
