Cheque Presented to Marie Curie Cancer Care

Smiley Monroe was delighted to hand over a cheque for £6, 841.80 to Marie Curie Cancer Care, at Lisburn's Lagan Valley Island Centre on Tuesday 17th May. (The final total actually raised was £6,941.80)
The presentation took place during the Civic Reception for Lisburn Distillery FC, in recognition of the Club's Cooperative Insurance Cup win. Hosted by the Mayor, Alderman Paul Porter, guests included representatives of Lisburn City Council, the Irish Football Association (IFA), Cooperative Insurance (CIS), Smiley Monroe and Drumbo Park Greyhound Stadium.
