We strive to be an environmentally, socially and economically sustainable business through our commitment to continuous investment in the latest technology, processes and corporate social responsibility.

Our Centre of Excellence conducts research & development, shares best practices and provides leadership, training and mentoring.

We offer specialised training for our own people, our distribution partners and our customers.

For many years we’ve been delivering belt splice training programs worldwide to customers, tailored to their individual needs. From a two day refresher course to two weeks intensive training for beginners, candidates leave ready to confidently carry out hot and cold belt splicing without supervision. Other programs for improving operating efficiency include practical belt tracking, conveyor design principles, guarding legislation and conveyor safety.

We routinely test the abrasion resistance, tensile strength and adhesion levels of both the cover rubber and fabric plies of our raw materials and finished products in our well-equipped labs, to ensure conformity to DIN, ISO and Smiley Monroe standards.

In partnership with the world-renowned Polymer Processing Research Centre at Queens University Belfast, and leading-edge suppliers, we have both the expertise and the facilities to protect our customers. We’d be more than happy for you to visit us to validate for yourself.

Our site service teams are fully equipped with modern vehicles and equipment, offering an unrivalled service to our customers in all conditions and environments.

Site Service continues to play an important role in our Irish market offering. Our highly skilled teams are on call 24/7, dedicated to minimising conveyor downtime, whether it is planned maintenance or an emergency breakdown situation.

We offer a complete range of hot and cold vulcanising and mechanical splicing services for all conveyor belt types, both underground and aboveground in extreme operating conditions ranging from -60˚C to +600˚C (standard operating range -40˚C to +60˚C). Belt types we service range from flat and chevron multiply to straight warp, fabric breaker, ripstop, solid woven, self-extinguishing, oil, heat, fire and frost resistant.

All our site service personnel are Safety Passport approved and trained in performing site-specific risk assessment and method statements.

Training and development plans ensure that we maintain a consistently high level of workmanship that meets our rigorous quality standards.

Our skillset and experience allows us to undertake major conveyor belt installations and recommend system improvements to help your maintenance budget go further.
